RIP Francine York



American model, film and TV actress Francine York died at home on January 6, 2017. She was 78. Born on August 26, 1936 in Aurora, Minnesota she was discovered by Jerry Lewis, who gave her a part in “It's Only Money” (1962). She eventually made appearances in six of his films, including The Nutty Professor. Francine went on to have a successful film and TV career appearing with Elvis in “Tickle Me” 1965 and her only Euro-western “Cannon for Cordoba” (1970) as the exotic dancer Sophia.
