Together with the power-hungry revolutionary Perillo he forges a diabolical plan to provoke a war between the Indians and the government. A mysterious stranger named Jaguar is given a government mandate to negotiate with the leader of the Inca warriors, but Gambusino and Perillo try everything possible to thwart the peace mission.
