The plot revolves around twin brothers, Mace Cassidy a rapist and dangerous bandit, the other Bill/Jeff Nolan is the sheriff. The sheriff is investigating a series of murders during Halloween festivities, carried on by hooded killer wearing a mask. The sheriff in turn is arrested and accused by a father and daughter, of rape and as the leader of a gang of thieves. In reality it turns out to be his evil twin brother Mace Cassidy. In the end the real murderer is unmasked and the twins meet for a final showdown.
